Determining the Total Number of Patients on the Patient List Report

To obtain the total number of patients on a Patient List report:

  1. Select More > Reports.

  2. In the Select a Report Window, highlight Patient List.

  3. Select Next.

  4. Update the Start Date and End Date fields to an appropriate time period.

  5. Enter any necessary criteria in the remaining fields.

  6. Select Preview.

  7. Select Save As.

  8. In the Save As window, select the location to save the report.

  9. In the File name field, enter a name for the report.

  10. From the Save as type dropdown, select CSV with headers.

  11. Select Save.

  12. Open the report in Excel or another spreadsheet application. The total number of rows minus one is the total number of patients on the report.
